With the booming economy and recruitment at its all time high, there are huge opportunities for the students to get their deserved jobs. But with the institutions mushroming, the competition has also reached at its peak. Globalization has made employers to look for quality employees.The standard has risen so high that there is a gap between job opportunities and number of employable youths. As a result corporates need to spend lot of money on training of recruited students.

We, at Learn-for-Life Academia understand the unique training need for students. After years of discussions with HR from corporates and academician from IITs and IIMs, we have structured our modules to bridge the gap between academic aspirations and corporate need.

Learn-for-Life Academia is a growing organization started by alumni from the premier institutes of this country like IIT Guwahati, IIM Lucknow, IIM Bangalore, NIT Silchar, etc and worked with organizations like General Motors, Godrej, Tata Motors, etc both in India and abroad. We are focused in North East Region of this country and driving towards making youth of this region more employable.

L4L is a force to reckon with and this is just the beginning of our promise to polish the talents of students and employees. We intend to set up 11 L4L centers across various states, with a special focus on North Eastern India. We understand the quality of human capital present in this region and aim to facilitate the same to reach much-desired destinations.

Learn-for-Life Academia has unique offerings for School students from IXth to XIIth standard. We provide rich counseling sessions for these students to select their career path rightly.

We understand that sustainability of any business is its people. Learn-for-Life Academia provides training for corporates and thus to increase effectiveness of their employees. We help corporate INDIA meet the trained talent of BHARAT to co-create socio-economic value with equitable distribution of "access to opportunities".
